Privacy policy.

What we collect

Only what you type into the proposal form: your name, company, email, phone number, where you need a site and what you need. We use it to call or email you back about that request and for nothing else.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our site acquisitions team's email. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside the company, except a contractor who needs them to price or build the site you asked about.

How long we keep it

For as long as the enquiry is open, and afterwards only if it turns into a lease or a build, where the details form part of the contract record.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email David@smartspacenetwork.co.za or phone 072 718 6415.

Hosting and logs

The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and fault-finding. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when they load.
